luFl cabrOo a member? - bad person

Hello friends, I want to ask and comment.
is there any clan member who is called luFlcabrOo.
as it is entering the server:

The team taze,insult to people, a girl who entered the treatment as a whore. (sorry).
tag put on the TAT and then change to luFlcabrOo .
I want to know if there is any way to stop this person as it leaves the team very badly.

i remmember that one day i was playin in tat server and a player start to put tag of clans whit the name of memmber he put uF vicioi but there was any admin and then he change to TAT Roger but when a TAT member enter he didnt do anything so maybe was a member idk
